Assistant Practice Manager.
The assistant practice manager is our reception and building manager. She manages reception services from registering patients to carrying out the annual patient survey, and looks after the surgery premises.

These are the members of staff with whom you will have most frequent contact and they make your appointments, answer the telephone, file records and letters, deal with requests for home visits and prescriptions are the first people you meet when you arrive for an appointment.
